Day Two Oslo

Today was a long day! I walked all over Oslo. I started by walking over to the Edvard Munch Museum located on the water. It is a beautiful 14 story building dedicated to Edvard Munch but also has a good collection of art from the early 20th century.

The Munch Museum is a great museum to visit when you are in Oslo. I definitely give it a 3 star out of three. A great art collection, a nice cafe on the ground floor, a high priced restaurant on the 14th floor and a roof top bar with an amazing view of Oslo.

After spending the morning at the museum and having lunch in the cafe, I walked three miles to Vigeland Sculpture Park in northern Oslo. I really enjoyed walking to the park until the rain started. After exploring this beautiful park for about 20 minutes in a light rain I decided to walk two miles back to the hotel.

While walking back to my hotel, I stopped by the Royal Palace to take a photo. Of course I had to make time for a Oslo ghost tour. A great way to end a visit to a nice city.

Lovely city and museums! Did not know Warhol had versions of The Scream. A nice cafe, a high priced restaurant and a roof top bar with an amazing view of Oslo — sounds perfect! So glad you’re enjoying what Oslo had to offer.

Oslo sounds like a really nice place. The best place on the trip so far?
