Exploring Prague Day One

While exploring Prague I came across the Israeli consulate and the Ukrainian consulate, which happened to be neighbors. I figure standing across the street was probably not the safest place to hangout. The photo was taken a little ways down the road because I did not want the security guards to think I was casing the place.

I spent a couple of hours touring the Jewish museum and visiting the Jewish cemetery. I had visited this same museum five years ago. If you look closely at the photograph on the right (left side), you will notice a small group of Orthodox Jews praying at the grave of a revered Rabbi who passed away in the late 16th century.

After dinner we visited the John Lennon memorial wall that was started in 1980.

Looks like your off to a good start. I hope your flight went well. Nice pictures of Prague, as usual.

Looks like an amazing day, interesting about the consulates, good decision. I’m a Lennon fan, so cool.
