Today was an amazing and long day. After traveling by bus for over three hours we arrived at a railway station where we took a 90 minute cog train ride through the narrow Vouraikos Gorge to the small town of Kalavrta. From there we met our bus where we went to the mountain town of Planitero to enjoy freshly caught trout and with a number of Greek side dishes.
In Lagkadia we enjoyed a lamb dinner with Greek side dishes. We had an opportunity to walk around this picturesque town after dinner.
What an amazing day! Such a beautiful place.
