I arrived in Oslo last night after spending 1 1/2 hours on a bus traveling from Aarhus to Billund Airport and then waiting five hours in the airport for my flight to Oslo. To be fair, I arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hours early and my flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours. I then took the high speed train from Gardermoen Airport in Norway to Oslo Central Train Station (19 minute train ride) for $24 USD. When I arrived, there was a steady slow rain and the temperature was 12 C (52 degrees F). Once again my hotel has a great location, across the street from the train station and a huge mall. The hotel itself is so-so. A pattern for this vacation. Since I did not get to see any of Oslo yesterday, my day is fully planned today.
